1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pphoki ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the pphoki platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services we offer.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy pphoki, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use pphoki's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country or territory in which you reside.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals who have applied for self-exclusion from gambling platforms.
• Not acting on behalf of another person or third party when registering or playing.
• Not an employee of pphoki, any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

Pphoki is not responsible if an ineligible individual successfully registers by providing false information. All legal consequences arising from an unauthorised registration are the sole responsibility of the user.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pphoki. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as per official identification document
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address that you own
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

Process KYC (Know Your Customer) pphoki requires identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence. This process is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting complete documentation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Pphoki supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed through channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 (subject to selected payment method)
• The maximum daily deposit limit may vary depending on account level and payment method
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within minutes after confirmation
• Pphoki does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own fees.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30
• KYC-verified withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 business hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the member's name
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional verification before being processed

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

Pphoki offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and exclusive VIP programme offers. Each promotion is subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.

General terms applicable to all pphoki bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): The total bonus received must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x–30x) before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that remain unused after the period expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or hand may be limited. Bets exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Certain games may be fully excluded. Please check the promotion terms for the full list.

Pphoki reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. pphoki's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available at pphoki use Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been certified by an independent international auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced or manipulated by any party.

The specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules before playing. pphoki is not liable for any losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.

Technical Interruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, pphoki will endeavour to restore the game state to the last recorded position. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the member's account. The outcome of any game completed before the disruption occurred is final.

Maximum Win: Certain games have a maximum win limit. This limit is stated in the game description. Wins exceeding that limit will be capped at the specified amount.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Pphoki has a zero-tolerance policy towards dishonest conduct or any behaviour that may compromise the integrity of the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any technology that enables gameplay without genuine human presence
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations or the use of false identities
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorized gain
• Any fraudulent activity, hacking, or attempts to access pphoki systems without authorisation
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine intent to play
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Pphoki reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)
• Member has registered for the self-exclusion program

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the pphoki support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned after the review is completed.

If your account is closed due to a violation, you have the right to submit an appeal through our support channel. The final decision following investigation is binding.

9 Liability Cap & Disclaimer

Pphoki provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, pphoki is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunities, or unmet expectations resulting from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions by regulatory authorities
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details
• Delays or failures in processing caused by the member's bank or third-party payment providers

The maximum liability of pphoki to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gambling

Pphoki is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that online gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

Self-control tools provided by pphoki include:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits

12 Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate arbitration procedure or court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
